Quiz Generator: The Question Bank

The Question Bank in the Quiz Generator lists all questions in your course, even if the question is not currently used in a quiz. The Question Bank provides a couple of useful tools:

• Create a question block
• View the quiz(zes) in which a question is used
• View the type of each question
• Delete all questions not currently being used in a quiz

If you use question tags, you can filter the display of questions in the Question Bank by clicking on one or more tags at the top of the Question Bank page.

How to View the Quizzes in Which a Question Is Used

1. Click Quiz Generator under Activities and Assignments on the main Faculty Tools page.
2. Click the Question Bank at the top of the main Quiz Generator page.
3. Click View Quiz Usage at the top of the main Question Bank page.

How to View the Type of Each Question in the Question Bank

1. Click Quiz Generator under Activities and Assignments on the main Faculty Tools page.
2. Click the Question Bank at the top of the main Quiz Generator page.
3. Click View Question Type at the top of the main Question Bank page.

How to Delete All Questions Not Currently Used in a Quiz

1. Click Quiz Generator under Activities and Assignments on the main Faculty Tools page.
2. Click the Question Bank at the top of the main Quiz Generator page.
3. Click Delete All Unused Questions.

You can also delete individual questions from the Question Bank main page.
