The Online Library is a powerful tool for managing files and weblinks you want to use in your CoursePlus site. You can arrange files and weblinks into folders, choose to display items only between specific dates and times, link files to Page Builder Pages, and more. You can also track when students downloaded specific files.
Files in the Online Library are stored and distributed via Amazon Web Services' global network. This makes it much faster for students to download even large files no matter where they are in the world.
The core components of the Online Library are as follows:
Files — You can add files of any type to your course Online Library. Files can be up to 2GB in size. The file must be on your computer in order to add it to the Online Library.
Weblinks — You can provide links to any site on the web and organize those links as you see fit.
Folders — Containers for holding files or weblinks. You can organize folders in any order you see it, set visibility dates on folders and their contents, and link entire folders of content to specific Page Builder pages or class sessions.
