Because touchpoints are tied to a cohort, copying touchpoints avoids having to manually recreate the same touchpoints for each cohort. This is especially useful when setting up a cohort from a new year/term.
How to Copy Touchpoints from Existing Cohort
- From the CoursePlus home page, select My Portfolio on the left side navigation pane.
- Under Admin, select Program.
- Select the portfolio you want to add a cohort to from the dropdown menu.
- Under Manage on the right side pane, select Cohorts.
- Select Edit for the cohort you want to copy touchpoints into.
- Select the dropdown next to Copy touchpoints from existing cohort.
- Choose the cohort with the touchpoints to copy over.
- Select Save Changes to create the touchpoints.
Note: The touchpoints that are created are unique copies; they are not connected to the original touchpoints from the source cohort. This means you can make changes without affecting the original touchpoints.
