Below are instructions for assigning/removing students from a faculty reviewer. For guidance on adding faculty reviewers, please refer to this help guide.
How to Assign Students to a Faculty Reviewer
- From the CoursePlus home page, click My Portfolio on the left side navigation pane.
- Under Admin, click Program.
- Select the portfolio you want to add a cohort to from the dropdown menu.
- Under Manage on the right side pane, click Faculty Reviewers.
- Click Edit for the reviewer you want to assign students to.
- For Assign a student, enter a student's name or JHED ID and click on them.
- Use the checkboxes to select which roles they should be perform for that student. You can select multiple roles per student.
- Click Add.
- Repeat steps 6-8 to assign more students to the same reviewer.
How to Remove Students from a Faculty Reviewer
- From the CoursePlus home page, click My Portfolio on the left side navigation pane.
- Under Admin, click Program.
- Select the portfolio you want to add a cohort to from the dropdown menu.
- Under Manage on the right side pane, click Faculty Reviewers.
- Click Edit for the reviewer you want to remove students from.
- Remove students by clicking the remove button next to their names.
