Within the Portfolio tool, it is possible to assign custom touchpoint due dates. You can assign these custom due dates to individual students or a batch of students.
How to Assign a Custom Touchpoint Due Date to One Student
- From the CoursePlus home page, click My Portfolio on the left side navigation pane.
- Under Admin, select Program.
- Select the relevant portfolio from the dropdown menu.
- Find the relevant touchpoint under Current and Future Touchpoints.
- Select View/Email Reminders.
- Find the student you wish to assign a custom due date to.
- Select the pencil button under Change Due Date?.
- Select a custom due date.
- Select Save New Due Date.
- The custom due date will display next to the student's name.
How to Assign a Custom Touchpoint Due Date to Multiple Students
- From the CoursePlus home page, click My Portfolio on the left side navigation pane.
- Under Admin, select Program.
- Select the relevant portfolio from the dropdown menu.
- Under Manage on the right side pane, click Touchpoints.
- Select the relevant cohort from the dropdown menu.
- Find the touchpoint you wish to assign custom due dates to.
- Select Assign Custom Due Dates.
- Select the Add Custom Due Date button.
- Select a custom due date.
- Choose the students to assign the due date to from the dropdown menu.
- After adding all of the relevant students, select Save New Due Date.
- The students and custom due date will be displayed on the page.
