In the Portfolio tool, you can quickly download all files that have been uploaded as evidence for a touchpoint.
How to Download All Evidence for a Touchpoint
- From the CoursePlus home page, click My Portfolio on the left side navigation pane.
- Under Admin, select Program.
- Select the relevant portfolio from the dropdown menu.
- Under Manage on the right side pane, click Touchpoints.
- Select the cohort you wish to download evidence from in the dropdown menu.
- Find the relevant touchpoint.
- Select Download All Evidence.
- All of the evidence that has been uploaded for that touchpoint will be downloaded in a folder.
Note: There must be at least one file uploaded to the touchpoint before the option to Download All Evidence will appear.
