Lecture Viewing: See Cumulative Lecture Activity by Section

The Cumulative Access Information for Each Course Section report provides information on the total number of views per lecture section in a course. 

How to See Cumulative Lecture Activity by Section

1. Navigate to the Faculty Tools page in your course site.
2. Find Administrative Tools > Student Activity Reports.
3. Under Lecture/Content Access, click Cumulative student access information for each lecture section.

The first view in the report is a bar graph. Hovering over a bar shows the full title of the lecture section and the exact number of views across all students in the course.

• Y-axis: The total number of views across all students in the course.
• X-axis: The lecture section.

The second view in the report is a table with the same information as the bar graph.

• Section: The title of the lecture section.
• Total Views: The total number of views across all students in the course.

How to Export Cumulative Lecture Activity by Section to Excel

1. On the main Faculty Tools page in your course site, find Administrative Tools > Student Activity Reports.
2. Under Lecture/Content Access, click Cumulative student access information for each lecture section.
3. Click Excel in the top left of the page.

2. Under Lecture/Content Access, click Cumulative student access information for each lecture section.
3. Click PDF in the top left of the page.
