You can save an entire category in the Discussion Forum to a PDF file. This will result in you receiving a copy of every message that is posted in all the topics within a specific category. This is a great option if you need a quick and easy way to create a portable document that lists all the messages for a particular category as a reference or to archive.
How to Save a Discussion Forum Category to PDF
- Click Discussion Forum under Communication Tools on the main Faculty Tools page.
- Click Admin at the top of the page.
- Click the Save To PDF link for the appropriate category.
