Students are able to track which CTL-produced lectures they've viewed or downloaded. Students can see the following information for each lecture:
- Each lecture section in the class
- How many times they watched the lecture in the class website
- If they downloaded the MP4, MP3, Slides or Transcript (if any)
Important: In order for a lecture section to be marked as complete, students must (a) watch all videos listed as part of a single presentation, and (b) watch 80% of each video, regardless of playback speed, in a web browser. Skipping ahead through the video to the end does not count as watching the video.
Note: This information is not updated in real time. There may be a delay of up to an hour between viewing or downloading content and that action appearing on this page.
Faculty have access to similar, and more detailed, data about student views of lectures via the appropriate report in the Administrative Tools section of the main Faculty Tools page in their CoursePlus sites.
