If you're able to view the presentation but not hear any audio make sure you've checked the following first:
- Computer and/or headset sound is not muted
- Using a supported browser (ie, Chrome, Safari, Edge)
- Your browser is completely up-to-date
- Chrome: reset your settings, or visit this page to make sure that your sound is not turned off for CoursePlus
If you've ensured that the above items are setup correctly, then the issue could be related to your Internet connection. Low bandwidth or unstable wireless connection may cause issues with the playback.
If you are on a phone or tablet and see a message about the video not being properly encoded, the issue is with your device's operating system. You will need to update your device's operating system to a new version, or, alternatively, try a desktop or laptop computer to watch the video.
