Quiz Generator: Copy a Quiz from Another Course

It can be very useful to reuse quizzes across courses that run in different modalities, or use different section numbers. Faculty can copy a quiz from any course that they teach in CoursePlus, and TAs can copy a quiz from any course in CoursePlus to which they have TA access.

 

How to Copy a Quiz from Another Course

  1. Click Quiz Generator under Activities and Assignments on the main Faculty Tools page.
  2. Click Copy Quizzes from Other Offerings at the top of the main Quiz Generator page.
  3. Click on the select menu for the course offerings to which you have access.
  4. You can type in the box at the top of the menu, or scroll until you find the course you want.

  1. Once you select a course from the list, all available quizzes will be displayed.
  2. Click the checkbox next to the quiz you want to copy.

  1. Click Yes, Continue! to copy the selected quiz into your current course.

Note: Once you copy a quiz from a class, you cannot copy that same quiz from that same class into your course again.
