Quiz Generator: How to Automatically Send an Email Reminder to Students Who Haven't Completed a Quiz

You can configure a quiz to automatically send reminders to students who have not yet completed the quiz up to 5 days in advance of the quiz due date. This can be done when creating a new quiz or after the quiz has already been created — as long as the due date hasn't already passed. 

How to Automatically Send an Email Reminder to Students Who Haven't Completed a Quiz

1. Click Quiz Generator under Activities and Assignments on the main Faculty Tools page.
2. For a new quiz, click Create a Quiz at the top of the main Quiz Generator page.
3. For an existing quiz, click the quiz title on the main Quiz Generator page.
4. Click the Setup tab.
5. Scroll down to the Automatically send an email reminder to students who haven't completed the quiz option.

6. Select how many days in advance you want to send the reminder.
7. Complete the form if needed.
8. Click Save All Changes.
