Simple Signup Sheet
Simple Signup Sheets can be used for single events or activities. Examples of single Signup Sheets include:
- Sign up to be part of a single, special discussion group
- Sign up to bring a dish to an end-of-term potluck
- Sign up to be a mentor to other students in the class
Time Slot-Based Signup Sheet
Time slot-based Signup Sheets are a great method for having students sign up for office hours. This type of sheet could also allow students to pick a presentation slot. Time slot-based Signup Sheets include options to:
- Set a start date and time for the event
- Set an end date and time for the event
- Set the number of individual slots available during each event
- Allow students to sign up on behalf of a group
- Allow students to sign up for multiple slots
- Repeat the signups for a specific number of weeks
Group of Signup Sheets
A group of Signup Sheets allows you to categorize related Signup Sheets together. This is a great way to have students sign up for the specific day on which they will give their final presentation in a class. You can also use a group of Signup Sheets to have students sign up to work on one of a limited set of pre-selected topics in the class. A group of Signup Sheets include options to:
- Allow students to sign up on behalf of a group
- Allow students to sign up for multiple sheets
Note: In groups of Signup Sheets, each sheet can have a unique title and maximum number of signups.
