Find Instructional Designer for a Course

If there is a CTL instructional designer assigned to a course—mostly in the case of fully online courses—their name and contact link is displayed on the main Faculty Tools page, as well as in the Faculty Tools Quick Jump box on a course's home page.

If you need to find/contact the instructional designer assigned to a given course, you can quickly find this information in either of the locations.

Faculty Tools Quick Jump Box

1. Find the Faculty Tools Quick Jump box on the left side of the home page of the course. The home page is the default page when you click into a course.
2. The name of the course instructional designer will be listed at the bottom of the box, along with a link to contact them via email.

Main Faculty Tools Page

1. Click Faculty Tools in the upper-left corner of any page.
2. Scroll down and find the Communication Tools box.
3. The name of the course instructional designer will be listed, along with a link to contact them via email.
