The View Students Awaiting Review report is a table which lists students without a review from one or more reviewers for a touchpoint. The table provides details relevant to the touchpoint and allows you to send reminders to reviewers.
How to View Students Awaiting Review
- From the CoursePlus home page, select My Portfolio on the left side navigation pane.
- Under Admin, select Program.
- Select the portfolio you want to view students for from the dropdown menu.
- Under Reports, select Faculty With Students to Review.
- Select the cohort you wish to view students for from the dropdown menu, followed by the specific touchpoint.
Each row in the table represents a student who is lacking a review for their touchpoint. The columns of the table contain the following information/actions:
- Reviewers: Lists the reviewer(s) assigned to the student, along with their role.
- Completion Date: Shows the date that the student completed the touchpoint.
- Last Reminder: Shows the date of the most recent reminder (if a reminder has been sent). Select the i icon for a full list of reminders.
- Send Reminder: Toggles the inclusion of the reviewer(s) as recipient(s) of a reminder message.
Below the table is the Reminder Message editor, which is where you can edit the text of reminders you send. To send a reminder, make sure to select the reviewers to include (everyone in the table is selected by default), edit the message to your liking, and select Send Email Reminder(s).
Note: If a touchpoint does not require check-in from faculty reviewers, there will be a message indicating this and none of the above information will be displayed.
