The Students Who Have Not Completed a Touchpoint report is a list of students who have not completed a specific touchpoint. It also acts as a dashboard to view past reminders, send new reminders, and adjust due dates.
How to View Students Who Have Not Completed a Touchpoint
- From the CoursePlus home page, select My Portfolio on the left side navigation pane.
- Under Admin, select Program.
- Select the portfolio you want to view touchpoint information on from the dropdown menu.
- Under Reports, select Students Who Have Not Completed a Touchpoint.
- Select the cohort you wish to view touchpoint information on from the dropdown menu, followed by the specific touchpoint.
The focal point of the report is a table which lists students who have not completed the selected touchpoint. The columns of the table contain the following information/actions:
- Last Reminder: Shows the date of the most recent reminder (if a reminder has been sent). Select the i icon for a full list of reminders.
- Send Reminder?: Toggles the inclusion of the student as a recipient of a reminder message.
- Change Due Date?: Allows you to select a new due date specifically for the student.
Below the table is the Reminder Message editor, which is where you can edit the text of reminders you send. To send a reminder, make sure to select the students to include (everyone in the table is selected by default), edit the message to your liking, and select Send Email Reminder(s).
Note: If every student in the portfolio has completed the selected touchpoint, there will be a message indicating this and none of the above information will be displayed.
