The evidence library allows you to keep and categorize a library of files inside each Portfolio. Once a file has been uploaded to the evidence library, it can easily be reused across touchpoints in that Portfolio.
How to Upload Evidence to the Evidence Library
- From the CoursePlus home page, click My Portfolio on the left side navigation pane.
- Select which Portfolio you wish to upload to.
- Click the Evidence Library tab.
- Click Add Evidence.
- If uploading a file, click Choose File(s). Then select the file(s) you want to upload, fill out the form, and click Upload.
- If uploading a link, click the Link tab. Then fill out the form and click Save.
If you have already uploaded a file to a Drop Box in a course, you can send that submission directly to the Portfolio tool without having to upload again. For more information, please refer to this help guide.
How to Add Evidence Library Files to a Touchpoint
- From the CoursePlus home page, click My Portfolio on the left side navigation pane.
- Select which Portfolio you wish to upload to.
- Make sure that the Touchpoints tab is selected. It's selected by default.
- Select the touchpoint you wish to add evidence to.
- Click into the Provide Evidence / Related Files section.
- Click Add.
- Click the Select from Library tab. Any files you have uploaded to the library will be listed.
- Click the + button for the file(s) you want to add.
