Course Announcements appear at the top of the course home page beginning on the date of posting and for the duration of your choosing.
How to Add a Course Announcement
- Click Announcements in the Communication Tools section of the main Faculty Tools page.
- Click Add an Announcement.
- Enter the desired information in the rich text editor window.
- Click the Add the Announcement button when done.
How to Edit a Course Announcement
- Click Announcements in the Communication Tools section of the main Faculty Tools page.
- Click the Edit button to the right of the announcement.
- Make any desired changes to the course announcement.
- Click the Edit the Announcement button to save your changes.
How to Delete a Course Announcement
- Click Announcements in the Communication Tools section of the main Faculty Tools page.
- Click Delete.
- Click the Yes button to confirm deletion.
Note: You can also create a course announcement using the Class Email tool.
