In order for reviewers to be able to add comments and ratings to a touchpoint, Reviewer check-in must first be enabled. Furthermore, it must be enabled for the specific role(s) that will need to perform reviews. For example, a faculty advisor can only review a student's submission if the touchpoint has been set up to require check-in from faculty advisors. How to Add Comments and Rating to Touchpoint
- From the CoursePlus home page, select My Portfolio on the left side navigation pane.
- Select Reviewer: Dashboard under Reviewer.
- Find and select the relevant touchpoint listed under Touchpoints That Need Review.
- Review the student's work.
- Add comments in the Your Comments box at the bottom of the page. You may also attach files.
- Select a rating in the dropdown menu.
- Select Mark Review as Done. If updating an existing review, select Update.
Note: The possible ratings are Exceeds expectations, Meets expectations, and Does not meet expectations. If a touchpoint is Incomplete, you can mark it as such and send it back to the student.
