The email tool allows faculty, staff and students to communicate with each other regarding course related activities. The tool is designed to allow senders to select everyone in a course, specific recipients, or groups of recipients. Students will not see other student recipients receiving a message, even if names are selected individually. However, course faculty, TAs, and staff will see the groups and/or all names to whom the message is sent. Users can send up to three attachments, send copies of messages to themselves and draft messages to be sent at a scheduled time. The email tool sends messages to users' preferred email addresses and allows users to store messages in an archive of messages sent through the tool.
