You can review a student's responses to a quiz at any time — even while the student is taking a quiz — and adjust their grades as needed.
If a student is still taking a quiz, you will see different information than when the student submitted their answers. Learn more about viewing student responses and activity when the student is still taking a quiz.
Once a student submits their answers to a quiz, the focus of the student's Responses and Grades page changes to grading student work.
