Peer Assessments: Sending Reminders to Students Who Have Not Finished Their Work

You can send reminders to students who have not yet finished their work in an open Peer Assessment. You can also see a history of when reminders were sent to each student.

How to Send Reminders to Students Who Have Not Finished Their Peer Assessment Work

1. Wait until the Peer Assessment is open and available to students. This functionality does not work before that time.
2. Click Peer Assessments under Activities and Assignments on the main Faculty Tools page.
3. Click the link for the Peer Assessment title in the list of all assessments.
4. On the Assessment Overview page, look on the right side of the page for the gray box labeled Students who have not completed all of their assessments.

5. To send a reminder to all students in the list, click the checkbox at the top of the list.
6. To send reminders to individual students, click the checkbox next to each student name.
7. Click Send reminders.

How to See When Reminders Were Sent to Students About Finishing Their Peer Assessment Work
