In order to add an individual to the public faculty page in your CoursePlus site, you must first create their biography. Once you've done that, you can add them to a faculty group on the public faculty page.
How to Add a Person for the Faculty Page
- Click Page Builder on the main Faculty Tools page.
- Click the Faculty tab at the top of the page.
- Click Add New Person.
- Fill out the form as needed. At a minimum, you need to provide the first and last name, and the biography.
- Adding a photo of the person is always recommended. Photos should be as square in shape as possible and no more than 400x400 pixels in size.
- Click Add Course Faculty.
Next, you'll need to add this person to an existing faculty group.
