Everyone who participates in a LiveTalk must have an account with Zoom. This can be a free account, or a paid account. The first and last name in the account must match your first and last name as they are displayed in CoursePlus.
If you do not have a Zoom account, you must create one before you can join a LiveTalk. You must also be signed in to that Zoom account in order to join a LiveTalk.
