A computer protected by a firewall can be used to participate in a LiveTalk if the firewall allows it. You may need to speak to your network administrators (if you do not administer your own firewall on your own computer) and ask them to open ports 80 and 443 for both inbound and outbound TCP/IP traffic. These ports are normally open on most networks.
Please be advised that opening this port may not work in all instances, especially on highly secure networks, and if packet filtering is activated by the network administrators on ports 443 and 80.
Firewall or network administrators determine the points at which information can flow into and out of a network. You will have to speak to your network administrators if you think this will be a problem for you. CTL Help cannot configure your network for you. However, Zoom has a guide how to configure a firewall for access to Zoom.
