When you receive your JHED ID, it is important to add your JHED ID to your CoursePlus account prior to signing in to any JHU website with your JHED ID. If you signed in to any JHU website with your JHED ID prior to adding that ID to your CoursePlus account, you may have created a second CoursePlus account. If this has happened, contact CTL Help for assistance.
