Repeated, random drop-outs in LiveTalk audio are the result of one of the following:
- You have too many other applications open on your computer. Close all applications except your web browser to improve LiveTalk audio performance.
- You have LiveTalk running in the background while working in another application. Close all applications except your web browser to improve LiveTalk audio performance.
- On some computers, clicking and holding menu items within Zoom will cause audio to drop as your computer focuses on the handling of the menu item instead of the audio.
If no other applications are open on your computer, you may be experiencing low bandwith in your internet connection. This may be the result of any number of things, from overused connections to low-speed wireless connections to general internet traffic in your geographic area.
