I just changed my email address. Who do I need to inform in the CTL and in my courses?

You don't need to inform anyone. Simply update your CoursePlus account if you would like to have emails sent to the new address. You can do so by logging into CoursePlus and clicking the Edit My CoursePlus Account link in the left side navigation.
