Peer Assessments allow students to assess one another's work using a rubric created by the course instructional team.
There are five types of Peer Assessments to choose from, each offering different options depending on your teaching needs. Below are the Peer Assessment types, the function of that type of assessment, options within each type, as well as examples of each type of assessment.
Note: For assessment types that involve groups, the groups must be created prior to setup. Group membership can be edited up to an hour before an assessment is set to open to have those changes reflected in the assessment.
Note: Manual assignment is only an option for the Manually Assigned assessment type, meaning other types do not allow you to manually change assignments before or after the assessment opens.
