I requested a link be sent via email so that I can download my course material. But when I click the download link from the email, I get an error message. What am I doing wrong?

Try the process again, making sure to first delete any emails you already received.

1. Go to the CoursePlus site and click the link to request the download link.
2. Use another browser tab/window if you want to do other things online; do not navigate away from the page.
3. Wait for the email to arrive.
4. Click the link from the email, and then you should be prompted to download the zip file.

Follow the steps above for each site from which you would like to download a zip file of the course material. It's important to note that these download links normally expire after 15-20 minutes, so prompt downloading of material via these links is crucial.
