Students who are officially enrolled in your course may not appear on the CoursePlus roster because:
- The student has not signed in to CoursePlus at least one time. Until a student signs in to CoursePlus at least one time, CoursePlus cannot match the student's course registration information with CoursePlus itself.
- The student hasn't added their JHED ID to their CoursePlus account. The JHED ID is what links the student's SIS registration information with their courses in CoursePlus.
- The student just registered for the class and CoursePlus has not received updated roster information from SIS, the University's registration system of record. CoursePlus is only allowed to update this information every hour. As such, if a student registers for a course, their enrollment information will not be sent to CoursePlus for at least one hour.
