For Chrome on Windows and MacOS:
- Click the icon with three dashes in the top right corner of the window. A shortcut menu will appear.
- Move your mouse down to More Tools.
- Select Clear Browsing Data....
- Select at least last 7 days from the Time range drop-down menu.
- Select the options that you would like to clear. Make sure that at least Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data are selected.
- Click the Clear data button.
- Quit out of Chrome and launch it again.
For Firefox on Windows and MacOS:
- Click the icon with three dashes in the top right corner of the window. A shortcut menu will appear.
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data."
- Click the Manage Data button.
- In the search box, enter "jhu".
- Select any results and click the Removed Selected button.
- Click Save Changes to apply the change.
- Quit out of Firefox and launch it again.
For Safari:
- Simply select Preferences... from the Safari menu.
- Click on the Privacy tab in the Preferences window.
- Click Manage Website Data.
- In the list that appears, search for "jhu"
- Click on the entry for "jhu.edu" and click the Remove button.
- Click Done to close the window.
- Quit out of Safari and launch it again.
For IE Edge:
- Follow the instructions posted here.
- Quit out of IE Edge and launch it again.
