I was told that I need to clear my web browser's cache. How do I do that?

For Chrome on Windows and MacOS:

1. Click the icon with three dots in the top right corner of the window. A shortcut menu will appear.
2. Select Settings near the bottom of the menu.
3. Select Privacy and security from the panel on the left side.
4. Under Privacy and security, click Site settings.
5. Scroll down and click View permissions and data stored across sites.
6. In the search box, enter "jhu."
7. Click the trash can icon to the right of the relevant listing.
8. Click Delete when it asks, "Delete site data and permissions for jhu.edu and all sites under it?"
9. Quit out of Chrome and launch it again.

For Safari:

1. Click Safari in the top menu bar.
2. Select Settings... from the Safari menu.
3. Click on the Privacy tab in the Settings window.
4. Click Manage Website Data...
5. In the list that appears, search for "jhu"
6. Click on the entry for "jhu.edu" and click the Remove button.
7. Click Done to close the window.
8. Quit out of Safari and launch it again.

For IE Edge:

1. Follow the instructions posted here.
2. Quit out of IE Edge and launch it again.
