For Chrome on Windows and MacOS:
- Click the icon with three dots in the top right corner of the window. A shortcut menu will appear.
- Select Settings near the bottom of the menu.
- Select Privacy and security from the panel on the left side.
- Under Privacy and security, click Site settings.
- Scroll down and click View permissions and data stored across sites.
- In the search box, enter "jhu."
- Click the trash can icon to the right of the relevant listing.
- Click Delete when it asks, "Delete site data and permissions for jhu.edu and all sites under it?"
- Quit out of Chrome and launch it again.
For Safari:
- Click Safari in the top menu bar.
- Select Settings... from the Safari menu.
- Click on the Privacy tab in the Settings window.
- Click Manage Website Data...
- In the list that appears, search for "jhu"
- Click on the entry for "jhu.edu" and click the Remove button.
- Click Done to close the window.
- Quit out of Safari and launch it again.
For IE Edge:
- Follow the instructions posted here.
- Quit out of IE Edge and launch it again.
